I believe in the science on spawning etc, not sure how they correctly put a number on catch figures for the recreational sector.

In case a client want to alter the instructions, revision can be done but at a negotiated fee.

Do you think this is a model they could go down to manage the rec take eg your license purchase allows you to catch X number of each demersal species? How do you help a demersal fish with such a low survival rate after capture.

It comes down to what areas have been worked over by the larger population.
