Today I am going to move on to being a well-groomed gentleman.

  • Women like men to look like men.

  • A basic gym combined with a few runs will not only loosen off the body and gain cardio fitness which if you really need a good excuse is very important in the bedroom while still helping you keep the weight down.

The Well

I recommend starting on this after you have gotten your body in to the type of shape you want it to be in.

  • When it comes to classes I would recommend doing Crossfit or other type of Extreme circuits, these help with the cardio and weight loss along with building strength while helping you get a learner looking body.
